Design & Engineering
Custom engineering and design services for fire protection, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and low-current systems in line with Indian norms (IS/NBC), TAC guidelines and local fire-safety regulations. Preparation of drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), system layouts, equipment schedules and specification documents. Value-engineering services: optimizing system design for performance, cost-efficiency and long-term reliability.
Supply & Installation
Procurement and supply of high-quality equipment and components including fire-fighting systems, suppression systems, detection & alarm systems, CCTV/surveillance, water-leak detection, public-address & voice-alarm systems and more. Full installation services by qualified engineers and skilled technicians — covering fire hydrant & sprinkler systems, gas suppression, fire extinguishers, linear heat sensing cables, low-current wiring, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and integration works. Integration of systems (for example fire-alarm with PA/VA, CCTV with access control, leak-detection with building automation) for seamless operation and monitoring.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Post-installation testing of all systems to ensure they comply with prescribed norms, perform reliably and are ready for use. Commissioning of fire-protection and safety systems including fire sprinklers, hydrants, suppression, detection & alarm, CCTV, etc. Preparation of hand-over documentation, user-manuals, as-built drawings, and training for facility-maintenance teams.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) & Lifecycle Support
Comprehensive AMC services for fire-hydrant & sprinkler systems, gas-suppression systems, fire-alarm systems, extinguishers and other safety infrastructure. Tatanexarc Periodic system audits, performance verification, compliance reviews and liaison support with fire-departments (e.g., certification, renewals, occupancy‐clearances). In-plant training programmes: first-aid fire-fighting demonstrations, live drills, objective-type tests for worker/office-staff participation.
Fire-NOC & Compliance Consultancy
Assistance in obtaining provisional / final occupancy certificates, renewals and fire-NOC (no-objection certificate) processes from regulatory authorities. Third-party audits of fire-systems: to ensure compliance with IS/NBC norms, local fire-safety rules and insurance requirements.
